What your purchase includes
Phoenix Player includes a first Phoenix Capsule for a buyer-defined strategy. An additional Capsule is a voluntary purchase for another strategy and requires Phoenix Player. Applicable prices and taxes are those shown in the store and order.
Perpetual licence and one-time payment
Your purchase grants a perpetual usage licence for Phoenix Player and each purchased Phoenix Capsule. The licence has no expiration date and requires no monthly fees, subscriptions, renewals or mandatory additional payments to MyLiberTrader to keep using those products.
Free updates
Future updates that MyLiberTrader releases for purchased products will be delivered free to their buyers through their account and official channels. This does not promise a release date or specific future features.
Your strategy and intellectual property
You retain the rights to your strategy and contributions. MyLiberTrader retains intellectual property rights to the code, platform and technology. The usage licence does not transfer those rights to the buyer.
Privacy and limited use of your strategy
MyLiberTrader will not use your strategy to trade on its own account, sell it, market it or provide it to other customers. You authorise the technical processing necessary to organise your instructions, create, validate, deliver and support your Capsule under the privacy policy.
Account, access and devices
The licence is linked to the buyer’s account to identify products, provide downloads and updates and manage authorised devices and sessions. A connection and sign-in may be required for security. An expiring session does not expire the licence or require a paid renewal.
Optional Capsules and services
There is no obligation to purchase new Capsules or additional services. New strategies and additional sessions you choose to purchase are optional and display their own prices before purchase. Additional purchases do not replace or expire existing licences.
Use and requirements
You define and review your strategy rules and decide when to run them. Phoenix Player runs one Capsule at a time. Product compatibility requirements must be met. Broker, hardware and internet costs are separate from this licence. The software does not guarantee profitability.
Purchases, security and rights
Access may be restricted for fraud, unauthorised use, a refund reversing the purchase or a legal obligation; not for declining a subscription or renewal.
